Regretting Tire Purchase I took my vehicle in for an oil change (everything was satisfactory) on December 11, 2017, knowing that it needed new tire. The staff was very helpful I took my vehicle in for an oil change (everything was satisfactory) on December 11, 2017, knowing that it needed new tire. The staff was very helpful in quoting me new tires with 4 options. Due to a busy travel schedule I was not able to schedule the tire install till the new year. When I called to schedule, I spoke with Joseph. The verbal quote he gave me matched the written quote I had in hand, so I had him order the tires and set up the appointment (Jan 4, 2018). The tires where installed the front end was aligned and all was right with the world, until Joseph gave me the grand total....More than $300 than was quoted!?! I was quoted $953.00 for a set of tires installed with an extra $67.5 for a front end alignment. The amount Joseph said I owed was over $1300!! Doing quick math this means the price of the tires had gone up more than $70 PER TIRE!!! NOT COOL... After voicing my displeasure Joseph modified the price to 976.00 to install the tires (still more expensive than originally quoted). I payed the bill and moved on, only to find out later, after some research, that all of the chain tire stores in the area where not only cheaper, but where also offering a $70 rebate (for the tires I purchased). This is the stuff that gives dealerships a bad rap. I bring my vehicle to a dealership for "higher" level of service and "qualified" technicians to work on my car and at the end of the day I just feel ripped off. I am OK with spending more money for premium products and services (I was willing to spend over $900 on 4 tires) but what happened here just looks really bad! More

Also mailed me the service frequency form for my vehicle. Appreciate this followup. More
