Oil Change Trouble Had an oil change performed. A few days after I noticed the sticker had not been changed and the fluids we're not topped off. I contacted the service Had an oil change performed. The next day he drove to my house and picked up my van. He performed the service that wasnt done. In addition he detailed the inside and washed the outside. He then returned the vehicle back to me. I brought it in the next day, dropped it off, and Joe called to, say that it was fixed, and the repair was free! i am elated with the prompt service, and that Joe determined that the truck had a recall I didn't know about, and the repair was "on them". Fast and complete I dropped the car off on a Saturday at noon. Excellent last minute repairs We were getting to leave for Florida with our 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The day before leaving all the electronics basically went crazy. I called Joseph the Service man at Van Andel Flikkema and advised him of the problem and that we were leaving in the morning. He advised us to call Jeep Road side assistance (they towed it) and when they got the vehicle there he would have someone look at immediately. Long story short he had us back on the road that day. I am very impressed with there service and willingness to help. I was also impressed with jeep road side assistance. Our vehicles will be serviced there from now on even though there is a closer dealer ( when I called Harold Ziegler Grandville about my problem all they could say is we don't have any appointments until next week they did not even mention calling road side assistance). All this was done at no cost under warranty. More
