Since August 2017, I had placed countless calls to Jeep and UCon Joe greeted me as he always does-- a smile, handshake and recognizing me by name. Since August 2017, I had placed countless calls to Jeep and UConnect customer support to get help with texting and remote services in my Renegade. None of these calls resolved the issue, in fact, each call only increased my frustration as I could never seem to get anyone who knew how to help beyond what their script told them. I could not reply to received text messages or send a new text. J was unable to use the remote start or lock services on my phone app or my computer. Eventually I reached the right department who tried a few things from their end and then finally told me to take it to the dealer. The team at Van Andel & Flikkema finally took care of the problem. From the repair notes, it is clear they kept digging deeper until the problem was found. It's great to be "hands-free" again. More

Worth the wait My vehicle needed new exhaust manifold bolts a radiator, and spark plugs. Afer a week of struggling with broken bolts in the engine heads, I was infor My vehicle needed new exhaust manifold bolts a radiator, and spark plugs. Afer a week of struggling with broken bolts in the engine heads, I was informed that the truck was finished but that the new radiator was leaking and would need to be replaced again. Once all the repairs were done and I got the vehicle back everything seems to be working like new again. More
