I’ve been going to this dealership for over 2 years. I’ve had great service when it comes to my oil change & tire rotations. However, I’m not very pleased with the sales part of things. I recently purchased a certified used 2020 Chevy equinox and I was informed that I had a basic 12k mile warranty. My back up camera has recently gone out and so I asked for that to be looked at and for some reason, nobody can find my warranty and I’ve been playing phone tag with the person who sold me the car at the used dealership next to the main building. I’m very displeased by this service and it honestly has turned me against purchasing used vehicles going forward. After this appt that I have coming up in the next couple of weeks, I will have to find another place to take care of other major things, but I’ll only use them for oil change & tire rotations, that’s it. I’ve learned my lesson with this experience. More

I have leased previous vehicles from this dealership. One vehicle had an manufacturing defect and GM agreed to repurchase the vehicle. There were numerous communication issues with the dealership, and One vehicle had an manufacturing defect and GM agreed to repurchase the vehicle. There were numerous communication issues with the dealership, and overall I felt like the dealership had no concern at all for me as the customer. Was lied to about their experience handling these situations. Talked at length with the general manager after I had to lease a new more expensive car, and was basically told sorry for my experience we hope to see you again. I was misquoted new sales number, told that similar vehicles to the one that had the defect were no longer available, but apparently there were. The worse part is, this is a very rare occurrence according to the general manager, yet he was not aware that this situation had happened. At no time did anyone from management spend anytime trying to make sure the process went smoothly for me the customer. At the end of the day I was apologized and told, hope we see you again. I will never set foot in that dealership again, which is a same because I have now leased 4 vehicles through them. More
Leased a 2019 Silverado for 3 years/15k miles per. My salesperson, Phil Patterson explained to me the warranty was only 40k which I thought strange because the lease would take me to 45k miles. At 38k miles I find myself in the service department thinking I'll get my fog lights (inoperable/do not turn on) repaired while under warranty. Great time to find out that all GM warranties are only 36k miles and my salesperson apparently has no issue lying to his customers to make a sale. Every person in this building only acts as though I am lying about what I was told regarding warranty. I would avoid Phil Patterson and Bill Fox Chevrolet at all costs. DANGER! !! WARNING!!! I serviced my 2017 Chevy Equinox here and my vehicle drove all the way home with 3 out of 5 wheel lug nuts. The rest of the vehicles whe !! WARNING!!! I serviced my 2017 Chevy Equinox here and my vehicle drove all the way home with 3 out of 5 wheel lug nuts. The rest of the vehicles wheel bolts were not all tightened correctly. This puts the driver at risk as well as the risk of danger to other drivers on the road. Dealer had to send repairmen to my home to replace the wheel locks and a missing lug nut. While I had my Silverado here for an oil change, they told me the oil cooler lines needed to be replaced because they were leaking. After the 3-day repair that was supposed to be a few hours the truck began to idle roughly. A couple weeks go by and now, my truck with 34,500 miles needs to have a new engine installed with no anticipated day of repair. Not only did you lose a customer who purchased 2 new vehicles, but GM lost a customer who will not return to any GM dealerships to buy another vehicle after our absolute disgustingly rude experience at Bill Fox Chevrolet. More
Bought a 2015 Chevrolet Traverse certified pre-owned about 4-5 years ago. Easy experience and Jerry Tocco wasn’t like pushy car sales people. I really liked and appreciated how he didn’t ask if I needed permission from my husband to be looking at cars, as I’ve encountered this at other dealerships causing me to walk right out. Throughout my time with the Traverse, services were easy to schedule online and loaner vehicles were always available to me at no charge. After the trauma of the last 2 days at Fox Toyota‘a incompetence, I long for Fox Chevrolet. More
