Greetings need work I’ve leased here 5 times so far and believe this is a good dealership with good service. However, they need to work on how they greet you when you I’ve leased here 5 times so far and believe this is a good dealership with good service. However, they need to work on how they greet you when you come in for service. A simple Hello, someone will be with you shortly would be fine. Instead, you just stand there where no one even makes eye contact and just wait. It’s really bad when you see soneone that looks like they are doing absolutely nothing thinking they must not be a service person only to find out that they finally acknowledge your presence and help you after several munutes of doing nothing. Also, when I came back, I had to wait several minutes again just to pick up my keys. The service person could have easily multi-tasked and asked what I was waiting for (or maybe remembered me from 4 hous ago or telephone call 2 hours prior) and just hand me my keys. But no, I had to wait until the prior two. customers were completely done to even notice me. Again - dealership as a whole is great but customer service needs improvement. More

They were considerate, supportive, helpful and patient. You have top notch employees. However, I was deeply disappointed in what was offered for my car. (250!!!!). Unfortunately, I was in no position to barter since I had to have a car. Now, I understand that you are business that needs to make a profit. I get that. What was completely eliminated from the process, however, was my loyalty to Bill Fox Chevrolet. I have bringing my car for maintenance faithfully and regularly for the past ten years. In fact just recently I bought 4 tires, brake pads, and an oil pan. I co-leased another car with my son. I think all of that should have been considered in determining the value of my car. More

Overpriced and not knowledgeable I asked for the headlamps to be aimed on my equinox and they told me they are not adjustable. The check engine light diagnostic showed an egr valve ne I asked for the headlamps to be aimed on my equinox and they told me they are not adjustable. The check engine light diagnostic showed an egr valve needed to be replaced but their expected cost was $900, so took it elsewhere. More
