Body shop quote Took too long for my vehicle to looked at. Vehicle was at dealership Jan 2 or 3rd. Was told it would be assigned a tech by Jan 9 or 10 & would get cal Took too long for my vehicle to looked at. Vehicle was at dealership Jan 2 or 3rd. Was told it would be assigned a tech by Jan 9 or 10 & would get call by Jan 10. Tech was not assigned & didn't get call back. Called & left message on Jan 11 & had to call again Jan 12 before I got a call back. Asked for loaner in case it was fixable. Was told no but could get Enterprise. Other Chevy dealers offer free loaners for body shop repairs. Would have had vehicle towed to different dealership had I know this & also poor service More
