Our experience in buying a new Santa Fe Sport Our sales person was Rola Aridi. She was very good to work with and was knowledgeable about the vehicle and the entire sales process. We were not 100% sure about buying a vehicle on that day when we went to visit the dealership. Actually we were headed to another nearby dealership, but missed a turn and ended up in their parking lot (to take the U turn); and WOW, we ended up buying a vehicle. Good Job Rola! So far, we are happy with our new Santa Fe. We have not returned to the dealership for any reason yet, and hope that we don't have to do it. We are still learning the different features and sometime do get confused, because you can do the same thing from two or three different locations in the vehicle! This is not bad, it's just different. In general, it seems like a good vehicle. The time will tell. More
