The employees at the dealership, including Jonathan Fowler, were all involved in the sale of my VW Jetta -- which was on New Year's Eve 2010. The 10,000 mile service was scheduled on the day and time t Fowler, were all involved in the sale of my VW Jetta -- which was on New Year's Eve 2010. The 10,000 mile service was scheduled on the day and time that I requested and I was back behind the wheel in an hour and twenty minutes. A great touch was the voucher at the car wash (which is only about a mile away). My vehicle was completely detailed and I drove home (163 miles) a very happy and satisfied customer! We arrived to upgrade from our 2000 VW Jetta, but hadn't decided yet on new or used. Last time we bought a Jetta, we had to go to Texas because we were unhappy with the customer service at the VW dealersh decided yet on new or used. We decided to try Fowler since they were not around the last time we bought a VW. Our salesperson, William, was very knowledgeable about the VW brand. He knew all about our old Jetta as well as all the new ones we were looking at. He was happy to let us drive whichever car we wanted and I felt the buying experience was a good one. William was friendly and the the process to reach an agreeable price wasn't dreadful. William made sure we knew about all the features in our car and went above and beyond to make sure the car was ready for us. We had to wait about 30 min to get into the finance office, but once in, it took less than half an hour to do all the paperwork (which made me VERY happy!). Then we drove off in our new 2011 Jetta bought here in Oklahoma! Thanks Fowler. More
Working with William was great. He was in touch with me before I came in, so the car was ready for me to test drive. He had people standing by to sort out my trade-in and get me in and out quickly. I had a great experience with Fowler VW. My salesman (David Hall) was very friendly and helpful. He even told me that a certified pre-owned vehicle with all my criteria would be returned on Monday (I stopped in on a Saturday). He called me on Monday and told me that "my car" had arrived. When I arrived he had the car ready for me to test drive and I was very happy with it. I got a fair price for my trade-in and after some negotiation, we arrived at the price I was looking for. We purchased our vehicle on the 21st of May. A jetta diesel 2010. On the day we bought the car everyone bent over backwards and made it a fairly easy process and we were ecstatic that we had finally fo diesel 2010. On the day we bought the car everyone bent over backwards and made it a fairly easy process and we were ecstatic that we had finally found a dealership that we could be proud of and reccomend to others. It was the after care where everything went south and we realized that this dealership was no different from any of the others we have dealt with in the past. We realized the second day we had the car that the cd player did not work, which we thought was ok because we had purchased the navigational system. We brought the car in, the following wed, to get the nav system put in and were given a rental car to bring home. Lou had not listened to my request for a SUV as a rental and so we had to wait to get the correct car and then go fill it up with gas ourselves. Not what had been promised. The next day Lou calls and says the car is ready all it needed was the keys to be synced up. I drove from Mustang Ok to Norman and waited 1 hr and 45 minutes just to be told that they were having problems syncing the keys, when it was really the fact that they couldn't get the nav system working and so Lou had called and told me the car was ready when it wasn't. A waste of my time and the dealerships gas and mileage on a rental. So I came home and we were able to pick the car up the next day but without the second key, I would have to come back the following Tues to get that done. So I did and when I got home with my second key I found out it wasn't a keyless entry like what we wanted and expected, instead it was a valet key. We would have gladly negotiated and or paid for the second keyless entry key but we were not given a choice. Also when talking with Robert Lackey I find out that while the car is under warranty it needs to be taken to the dealership for its upkeep, not something we were told to begin with and that if we do not do the recommended maintenance the warranty could be void. Not something anybody told us about when we were buying the car. When it comes to purchasing a vehicle, its not always the money involved but the expectation that you are a valuable customer, but when I tried to talk with Chris Hale about my displeasure over the valet key he did not treat me like a customer at all, rather like an ex-wife who did not deserve his time and attention or respect. The only reason you were given a 4 on friendliness is for the first day we were there and for a gentleman named Mark, who I do not know the last name of but who helped me on the day I was waiting for the car, he really went over and beyond. Also, Chris, the man in finance who worked with us on the night we bought the car was exceptional. But other than that I am hoping another dealership will be better to deal with since we have to take the car to one while it is under warranty. More

Well when we bought the jetta we didnt have the diesel on site an they aprazed us for it an we made a deal then we came back to bring it in and the chris guy stormed out of the door an was cusing at me saying "what the xxxx u didnt tell us it was a flat be" an he was going on an on yelling at me as his customer! First off that was not good sales. He had no reason to do what he did an we told are sales man john that it had a flat bed an chris kept callin us liars an we didnt know he didnt understand us!! I will NEVER buy a car from fowler voltswagon again!!! NEVER!! An i hope u dont either not til the fire CHRIS!!! More
