They worked with me to get me the what I feel will be my 3rd favorite vehicle in my 40 yrs of driving. I had a STRICT budget & they made the magic happen. Ty Creighton, Shane, Kord, Cory too!!! Hats off to you ALL. keep up the good works. My mom told me later, she likes your dealership. She has a Toyota Corolla & has had a couple other dealerships she has boycotted due to their lack of customer services. She, if needed, will be looking to you for a vehicle need. I am SO impressed! They ended up picking my car up from my workplace, did the brake job on the house, and brought my car back to me. They made it right. ________________________________________________________________________ Original Review: Unprofessional as all imaginable. Here's a timeline of my experience with fowler toyota: 2:00 - I pull in to get an oil change. Was told 45 minutes. 2:50 - I get a text message with my digital multipoint inspection and suggested services (one of which is my rear brake pads being changed out, which I approved). 3:15 - I call multiple numbers to try and get ahold of someone to find an estimate of when my car will be ready from getting brake pads changed out, was told another 45 minutes. Was told I'd be contacted through my cell number when my car would be ready. 4:50 - I call multiple numbers AGAIN to figure out my car is actually ready. 5:00 - I come back to Fowler to pick up my car, to find out THEY DID NOT DO THEIR JOBS AND CHANGE OUT MY BRAKE PADS. Another note: I was planning on bringing my girlfriend's car in for her oil change if my car was ready at 4, but since I had to call THEM at FIVE 30 minutes before they close, they lost that sale. It is ridiculous that a customer has to put up with these unprofessional, time-wasting, money-wasting blunders. More

Run around cars In my search for a updated used car, I located a car at Fowler, I made appointment to test drive car. Upon my arrival I'm told the car is out with another customer, after waiting more than 40 minutes. The salesman shows me the car, but the keys were with other customer. All I could do is look inside car. Told the car was sold. Tried one more time, saw car, contacted Fowler, made appoint to see car, within 30 minutes of speaking to sales person. Arrived to be told car is on different lot, wanted me to drive to lot, I said no. Got to lot, 30 minutes later surprise the car is sold. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice and you lost a customer. More
My advice, avoid at all costs After being given the run around and wasting my time and money, they didn't uphold their end of the bargain. I put $1400 down and was called back the next day to re-sign a different contract and was informed that I needed to put more money down. I came back to re-sign and the Finance Manager advised me that they would front me the $800 until I got pad and that the deal would be done. I asked when they would send the title and he advised me I should have my title in a week or two from the original purchase date. I came back about two weeks later to put another $800 down and was advised yet again that I would need to re-sign a new contract. Much to my regret, I put down the addition $800 and re-resigned. I asked again about the title and was told I should have it in another couple weeks. I told him my temp tag from the original purchase date would be close to expiring, he then had another temp tag put on with a later date. Since every time I came in or spoke with them, I was being told something different, I asked what would happen if I still didn't have the tag to register my car by the time the new temp tag expired. The finance manager told me that I could come in and they would put a new temp tag on. I called the financing company the dealership was using and they still didn't even have the paperwork from the dealership. I called Fowler Toyota back and this time spoke with the finance director and asked when they would be sending the paperwork so I can start making payments. I informed him that I'd had the vehicle for close to three weeks and the deal didn't seem to be finalized. I requested to return the vehicle and get my down payment back since this was becoming way more time consuming than it should be and I felt as though I was being given the run-around, he advised me that it wouldn't be possible to return the vehicle. I asked when they would be sending my title since it'd been three weeks since my original down payment and the car hadn't been funded by the financing company yet. He advised me that my title should be sent out later in the week or early the following week and he would see if he could push the paperwork through. Weeks later, still no title. It was only after filing a complaint with the Oklahoma Used Motor Vehicle & Parts Commission that I was able to get their attention in a meaningful way to unwind the deal. I ran a VIN check on the vehicle and noticed two days after giving the car back, their was a lien on the title, which might explain why they didn't give the title to me in a timely fashion under Oklahoma law. Do yourself a favor and avoid these guys at all costs. More
