had vehicle service there after purchase every 5000 miles, on 15,000 mile change, they left the oil dipstick out, and i found it a week later laying on the engine. At the 30,000 mi oil change, had appt set up, took 4 hrs for that, requested synthetic, they put in regular, had to change it out again. Got home and noticed the a/c wasn't blowing air very hard, pulled the cabin air filter out and it was plugged full of dirt. Checked the repair order and it shows they checked it, but apparantly they never. Contacted service dept to complain about it, and they could care less. Paid $95 for a oil change when they didn't do there job, wonder what else they didn't check!!!! More

This Fowler dealership does poor service. I would not recommend going there! When they tell you something, it may not be the truth. SALES PROFESSIONALS, THE SERVICE PEOPLE,THE TOYOTA...THE CONSIDERATION BY MANAGEMENT AND OWNER IS CLEARLY BROUGHT OUT BY ALL LEVELS OF THE STAFF... I have been a repeat customer for 6 years now and have always had a great experience. I take my cars there for all of my service as well. I love the new store and it's nice to have a comfortable place t always had a great experience. I take my cars there for all of my service as well. I must have visited a different Fowler Toyota dealership than the other people that have ranted and raved about them. In my dealings with Fowler Toyota of Norman, OK the finance and sales departments have than the other people that have ranted and raved about them. In my dealings with Fowler Toyota of Norman, OK the finance and sales departments have always been very helpful and straightforward. My most recent purchase included a 2011 Tacoma that was a pleasure to buy and has been a pleasure to drive. As far as finance department goes, John Crosby actually gave me .5% lower interest rate than was agreed upon with the salesperson. I would definitely recommend this dealership to other people that are interested in purchasing a vehicle. More
My daughter needed a new car and being fresh out of college she didn't know how to deal with sales people. We are out of state so I called the dealer and made the deal for her so all she had to do was college she didn't know how to deal with sales people. The deal was set, but when she got there the financial guy (William) intimidated her into buying $4000 worth of extended warranty on a brand new car. She didn't know what to do and he made her cry so she signed the papers. After consulting me she went back the next day and asked them to remove the extended warranty. They would not, told her she needed it because in 4 or 5 years her radio might break. Now she has a car payment that is above what she can afford because of the extended warranty. I do not think they would have done this with a man. They should be ashamed that they treated a young woman this way. In this economy one would think they would try to fix it but they will not. Do not buy from these people, they are not honest or nice. More
Chris Marritt helped me find my pickup. When went in and asked for him. He never appeared. A oriental guy helped me. Then when got taken into fiance guys office first name of william, they screwed me out of asked for him. He never appeared. A oriental guy helped me. Then when got taken into fiance guys office first name of william, they screwed me out of my tag, overcharged me a fee, said that he couldn't find my previous car which I still owe 3,000+ on. Refused to cancel my Gap on my previous car, I was so upset that I just wanted out of there. Figured out that they were removing my tag, because the oriental guy was staying gone for a long time. I have never been so yanked around by them. My first experience was verily decent. This time it just made me want to puke on his desk and on him. I never want to go back to that dealership as long as I live. More

I have been extremely pleased with the way I have been taken care of since then. Jay went out of his way to show me specs for the car that I didn't even buy from them and also did a very detailed check on it to make sure that there was nothing that could indicate that the car had not been taken care of by its previous owner. I wasn't expecting this since I didn't buy the car from them and was pleasantly surprised by this treatment. They take pride in taking care of not just their customers, but of all Toyota owners. They also gave me three complimentary oil changes and tire rotations for my car. I never have to book an appointment, I just drive in and am out of there within 40 minutes with my car been completely taken care of. Each time, I have never waited more than 30 minutes and their dealership has a very comfortable waiting area with TVs and magazines and a cafe. The reps are very friendly and make sure that you are well taken care of. They also let you know if there is an issue that might need taking care of sometime soon. Brian was the service rep who helped me and his knowledge about the engine and all the other details about the car is amazing! More
