I was totally impressed with the way I was taken care of from the moment I arrived. Loved the cafe and the store. Then when my car was ready I was treated with a smile and a clean car. Wow! We went to the dealership to test drive a used car and ended up purchasing it. The headlights didn't work when we purchased it, but didn't realize it until it got dark on the way home. Luckily, the fog lights worked, so we were able to get home. The dealership repaired the lights when the technician that could work on non-Toyota vehicles was available. The description said that the car had floor mats, however, there was only one floor mat which was in the trunk, which was for the back floorboard. The dealership did not offer to replace the front mats with new ones. We have ordered a set through the Infiniti dealership for $150. I still consider the overall service good, had it not been for the above listed items, would have considered it great. More
I had a very smooth, no pressure experience at Toyota Fowler. The entire process from looking and test driving the vehicle to driving off with my new-used vehicle took a total of 2 hrs! Let's start at the beginning, I had to walk back to the dealership because the car I was test driving ran out of gas. Second, I spent my whole morning in the dealership, because of trying to get me fi the dealership because the car I was test driving ran out of gas. Second, I spent my whole morning in the dealership, because of trying to get me financed, and now I can see why; you double the price of the car that I bought. I could have swore I said no to the extended warranty, that was a whopping $2462.56. I agreed to pay $4129, with the halo crap that you sold me, that I did not know about, for a price of $1149.25. I was thinking how hard is it to get $4129 financed, little did I know that the price was $7634. What happened to a little honesty? Is Fowler that desperate for money? I am going to be in the market for a new truck, and I like the product that Toyota puts out, but I think of another brand if that's what I get from a Toyota dealership. I would tell you who I dealt with but they did not give me a card. Maybe working Fowler, they can not afford with business cards. More
Toby was a great help .Had to wait for an hour for the finance people ,but besides that everyone was nice .they didn't have the truck long but detail shop didn't do much but vacuum ,they did replace chipp finance people ,but besides that everyone was nice .they didn't have the truck long but detail shop didn't do much but vacuum ,they did replace chipped windshield .all people where nice will go back for next toyota More
I enjoy coming to Fowler to get my car serviced, it is quick and it is so nice to see Dirk when I pull into the service dept, and I get taken care of immediately. Dirk is very nice and friendly, he was t quick and it is so nice to see Dirk when I pull into the service dept, and I get taken care of immediately. We had looked at many cars at several dealers in the previous 2 months, but our most pleasant experience was at Fowler Toyota. The salespeople were friendly and low-pressure.
