I just received a prompt reply from Mr. Steve Butler, Internet Director for Fowler Toyota. He was very helpful and sincere in trying to resolve the issues experienced during this purchase. I am happy enough with his response to say that Mr. Butler's approach and integrity speak highly for a dealership that responds well after a sale. Bottom line, they are making things right. I never received a phone call from anyone yesterday. And when I try to call Mark Owen they say he is out of the office for the week. I left him a voicemail, but would prefer to not have to wait until next week to get some feedback.

I have gotten with Mark Owen, the General Sales Manager here at the dealership and investigated this matter a little further. It appears that what happened here is that you were interested in a VERY rare vehicle, we were able to locate one at another dealership within a 5 state area and thought that we had it secured. The dealer told us we could have the vehicle and then after the fact decided not to let us have it.
