This man should be the trainer for all service advisors. Always knowledgeable about the product, great to keep me informed of the progress of the repair. Very intelligent salesperson and knows his product I went in to buy a hybrid and my salesperson showed me 3 wonderful options. I thought Toyota only had Prius. Oh no, they have two different sizes of P I went in to buy a hybrid and my salesperson showed me 3 wonderful options. I thought Toyota only had Prius. Oh no, they have two different sizes of Prius and hybrid camary or Avalon. My salesperson had extensive knowledge of all 4. I was allowed to test drive two I was interested in and was able through his knowledge figure out which one best met my families needs. He was FANTASTIC! More
