The Fowler team welcomed me and I never felt pressured. I crawled through trucks and drove what I wanted. The sales rep “Slim Jim” was able to answer all my questions and demonstrated every function. I've never been to Fowler Toyota before now but I was quite impressed with everyone there. There was an air of pure quality and excellence. It was a "family" feel. The showroom, lobby and maintenance areas...the entire establishment, was significantly impressive. I've been to a lot of car dealerships in my life. Some of the ones these days feels like some 3rd world environment - run down, not well kept, but none of them even approaches the quality of this car dealership. I felt like I was in better times being inside this store. Friendliness, cordiality, professionalism and a genuine desire to help people are what I got from Fowler.
