Purchase of a 2016 Avalon I was pleased with my purchase experience on my new 2016 Avalon. I was at this dealership having routine service performed on my 2014 Avalon, which wa I was pleased with my purchase experience on my new 2016 Avalon. I was at this dealership having routine service performed on my 2014 Avalon, which was also purchased at this dealership, and asked to speak with a sales representative while I waited. I was taken to Jessie Clark and I explained to him I would be interested in finding out what would be the cost of trading into a 2016 Avalon. He was very helpful with showing me what the dealership had on site and what they could get. We made what I thought was a fair deal for the trade and when I went back to pick up the new vehicle, Jessie had it ready to go when I arrived. He was very helpful in explaining the features of the new vehicle and how to customize the settings of many of the settings for those features. This had not happened with my previous vehicle when it was purchased and I had features I did not even realize, as I had not taken the time to read the owner's manual cover to cover. I appreciate the time Jessie spent explaining all this. I drive 70 miles to this dealership and will continue to do so as long as the customer service remains as it is. More

Total Toyota Customer Service Experience Good deal! Great dealership. While in town to visit my son (we are from Overland Park, KS), the wife wanted to buy a Toyota Avalon. Understandably Good deal! Great dealership. While in town to visit my son (we are from Overland Park, KS), the wife wanted to buy a Toyota Avalon. Understandably, we are trying to rebuild her credit and Fowler Toyota gave us the opportunity she needed. While the incentives during the 4th of July were great, she opted for the more moderate priced Toyota Camry LE. This opportunity was initially possible by the caring and consistent hard work of Aubrey in Internet sales. He consistently kept us informed and worked with sales to ensure they knew when we arrived and we were taken care of from the onset. Followed up by Justin in Sales the experience only got better. He let us test drive to our hearts content and answered every question we threw at him. After my wife settled on the Camry, Dillon stepped in and ensured we had an affordable and manageable payment at an I Teresa rate we could live with. Good used car purchase experience Been shopping for a gently used Toyota Avalon for some time. When I finally found one I was interested in it was at Fowler Toyota.
