Never ever go to fowler toyota of Norman ok Salesman was wonderful. Went in to finance office and that's where it all went xxxx. Kyle added the extended warranty, interior protection and tire warranty without discussing it with us. We didn't realize it was on the contract until we got the finance papers from bank and there was about almost $5000 worth of extra charges. We called fowler they gave us our money back on extended warranty (four months later.) they said on the interior and tire warranty those people had been paid and it was non refundable. We also borrowed tax and title fees and money to pay off my other car, (I had 2011 optima with bad engine Kia said since those motors were on recall it might take up to a year to get it fixed and big red would not give us a rental car so we had to buy a car.) fowler was going to mail the check when they got it. Three weeks went By still no check went to fowler to see what was going on with it. Someone went and got it for us, it had been sitting on her desk for 3 weeks. We were upset over what was going on with our other car so for them to take advantage of us just made the situation worse. I said I would never go back, but we did. We got a stain on the passenger front seat don't know what it was. The stain was on there for about 2 weeks when the finally called me to bring car in to be cleaned. Fowler attempted to clean it but couldn't. Fowler said we would have to turn a claim in to the interior warranty. I did that took another 2 weeks for them to make me a appointment for auto image to clean it, the only thing they did was take the color off the leather. When my son picked up the car for me they told him to go to outo parts store and get some dye I was pissed it was their job to fix it not his. My husband took the car to fowler he told them what was going on and they told him to go to service and have them order a seat cover. service manager accused my husband of changing the seats out in the car because he never seen a car with those seats in it,( the seats are leather with suede through the middle) so that means it never got treated. Then he said did you even buy this car here? Did it really get treated? How in the xxxx would I really know if they did their job! He was mad because they basically called him a liar and treated him like crap, he was only doing what the gm told him to do he wasn't trying to rip anyone off he was trying to get what was owed to him. Three or 4 days later they called and wanted us to leave the car with them for 2 or 3 days so they can try to cleaning it. We're not stupid it doesn't take that long to clean a car for a third time. A couple of days later I called and talked to Henry about how everyone was treating us. Henry sent us to talk to benny he was going to take care of us. Benny was a nice guy , when I went to talk to him about the situation, I informed him I did not want to leave the car because of the way we were treated we didn't trust them. My husband did not want the seat dyed if he could tell it had been dyed he would not accept the car. Well they dyed the leather and left the stain on the suede. When my husband pointed that out to them benny said he would order a seat cover. A week went by they called again and said they did all they could with it the seat and they did us a favor by dying the seat because they thought it was ink that was in the seat and the warranty did not pay for ink. Fowler had been working on the seat issue for almost 3 months, 12 different people looked at it and not ever did anyone say it was ink. If it was really ink they never should have touched it in the first place. They forced me to buy this interior warranty and now they won't honor it. We also asked benny to have the oil changed, they had the car for 2 weeks and they didn't change the oil. You can't even trust them to do the simplest things. No one has every apologized for anything. If I were to talk to someone like the way they did us I wouldn't have a job. More
