As much as the Toyota brand itself (its reliability is paramount), We have purchased at least 5 vehicles from Fowler Toyota of Norman over the years. As much as the Toyota brand itself (its reliability is paramount), what brings us back to Fowler over and over is the Service Department. Robert Nelson is our service rep and we go to him automatically to have issues with our cars taken care of. He is invariably helpful, polite, and knowledgable about Fowler's cars, sometime offering suggestions and/or information about new ones when we ask about vehicles that will satisfy certain needs. Who knows more about cars than the people who work on them and rep them? Robert knows the good, the bad, and the ugly, and is clearly proud of the brand he represents. More
