He went through all the different features with a detailed explanation & patiently showed me how to use each of them. He explained the care & maintenance needed on the vehicle I did buy & has followed up with me when I had questions. The customer appreciation class I went to was just another step for me to learn more about the dealership itself & the service center specifically. With all the new technology on vehicles today I was overwhelmed & a little intimidated but everyone I have dealt with so far has put me at ease & were so helpful!
