Everyone was courteous and professional throughout the process. Overall, it was a great experience and I now happily own my third Toyota!! And, my Camry is exactly the car I wanted! I highly recommend Fowler Toyota of Norman to anyone ready to buy a car. More
Had some issues but Overall, it was a good experience. I've bought a lot of cars in my days and this buying experience was the worst by far! First, the finance lady lost my deal she was working on and had I've bought a lot of cars in my days and this buying experience was the worst by far! First, the finance lady lost my deal she was working on and had to start completely over, basically making my time spent in finance twice as long. Once I finally got out of there with my (New to me vehicle 2013 Toyota Highlander Limited $21,000) This was a Thursday. The next day I noticed a small chip on the windshield and that the Overhead console, fold-down child mirror wouldn't stay up. So I called the dealership and they had me bring it in. Good Right? Wrong the didn't replace the windshield, they repaired it so you can still see the chip. (hopefully, it won't spread) and said they need "a part" to fix the Mirror and He'll call me when it comes in. This was approximately 18 days ago. I've called back several times and spoke to my service guy Bennie and seem to get the run around every time. Today he really said "I'm still looking for the part but I may have to go the google route to find the part" Are you kidding me? You're a freaking Toyota dealership! It's a 2013 Model, not 1980. Back to Finance, So after I signed the papers that Thursday I got a call from them the following Tuesday stating they got me a little better rate and that I need to come back to the dealership to resign the papers. Great right? Wrong I got up there and was able to get a few dollars off on my monthly payment. So I get a few miles down the road and the finance lady calls me and says I need to turn and around and come pay another $169.00 because they didn't get the payoff right on my trade in. Ummmmm No, I've signed the papers twice now and that was not in the deal. I can go on and on but just one more thing.....Our neighbors bought a Highlander the day before us and were told if they referred anyone they would receive a $100.00 gift card. Well it's been almost a month now and no gift card.....Every time I call I get the run around on that as well. "Og we'll get that right out" Don't buy a car from this dealership. Empty promises and lies don't cut it with me. *********Update********* All issue’s have been resolved. They completely took care of us and I’m pleased. Thank you Fowler Toyota. More

Disappointment from every department I was treated poorly here and won't go back. I was called by a "customer relations manager" who asked me if i was crazy and hung up on me. Great experience! I understand that buying a vehicle can sometimes be a stressful experience and it is hard to find a salesperson that you connect with and understands I understand that buying a vehicle can sometimes be a stressful experience and it is hard to find a salesperson that you connect with and understands the issues you have. For that reason, I figured it was worth to write a review for Oscar and his team. From the get-go, I knew I wasn't a typical buyer since I knew exactly what I wanted, how much I wanted to pay for it, and when I wanted it. Since the dealer did not have what I wanted in store, Oscar went out of his way to find exactly what I was looking for. We quickly felt like we could trust him and that he would give us an honest deal on the car. The more we discussed prices with him and options, the more reassured we were that buying this car was the right decision. Once the car was delivered (2 days earlier than planned), Oscar took his time showing us the car, explaining all of the features and making sure it was what I was looking for. The financing process was incredibly easy after that and I was able to stay within what I was wanting to pay for the car. I feel terrible I don't remember the name of the young lady who helped us with the financing -- she was blonde and tall and was so kind and explained everything so that I understood exactly what I was signing for. Since then, Oscar has been available to chat if I have any questions about the car. I definitely recommend coming here and seeking out Oscar -- I am a very happy customer! I suggest to those of you who are going to go buy a car, do your research. Know what you want and what you can pay and I promise the experience will be a lot easier when you arrive to the lot.
