Very Unprofessional and rude staff. My experience here was really bad from the people in automotive repair to the experience with the rental car experience I had. This was not recent but My experience here was really bad from the people in automotive repair to the experience with the rental car experience I had. This was not recent but I will always remember to never go here again. I never had a problem with the sales team, just the staff that ran the place. Extremely unprofessional. The lady that ran the rental office called me while I was with a client (I am a realtor) and demanded I bring the car back at that minute because she was renting the car out to someone else. I told her my situtation that I was a realtor and was with a client. Didn't matter. I told her the garage did not have my automobile ready as promised and I relied on having a car and she just went off on me like I was a child. The service garage experience was no better, very unprofessional. Rough bunch of people. I go to Jim Norton whenever I need anything now. More

Outrageously expebsive Long story short I was charged $700. to have the gas tank drained. I didnt get my $129 diagnostic fee back for agreeing to have the work done there. It didnt fix my,problem had to tow back home to put a fuel pump on which they wanted $300 in labor alone. All I can say is their mechanics must be very slow. Also very frustrating dealing with a service "rep" who knows less avout cars than I do. Management wasnt concerned with my experience I havent received the call back I was promised about 3 weeks ago👎 More

Next thing I know I found the Tundra of my dreams and I’m sitting there in disbelief. From the moment I walked up, to looking at and driving my truck to finance and driving away all in about 2 hours time. They stayed open late ( I got there at 830 they close at 9) so they kept the doors opened and got me an amazing deal!!!! I will definitely be a return customer and I will highly be recommending FOWLER Toyota of Norman to anyone looking to get amazing service, and honest pricing. More
