"$1600" for "financing fee" They charged me almost $1600 as a financing fee. They NEVER explained about it. I would have paid all in cash if they had made it clear. Used ATS I'm very unhappy with the vehicle I purchased on 3-13. The day I purchased the car the touchscreen wasn't working so I had to bring the car back the n I'm very unhappy with the vehicle I purchased on 3-13. The day I purchased the car the touchscreen wasn't working so I had to bring the car back the next day. The car was ready on the 2nd day so I picked it up that evening (Friday). Saturday I get up to take the car for a drive and I noticed mix matched tires. This is a 2015 Cadillac ATS with 18000 miles. Why are the tires mix matched? I also noticed the hood was covered in scratches. It looked like someone had something abrasive and put swirls all over the hood! Its terrible! There is no way had I saw that when I test drove the car I definitely would not have bought it. The car is black so there is no way I would've saw that on the night i drove it home. I called my salesman and he said didn't you see that when you test drove the car? The key fob they gave me doesn't work or it doesn't go to that vehicle. I've never been so frustrated in my life. Fowler Toyota needs to make this right. More

Great Experience Overall this is a great dealership. Very easy to deal with, Sales staff aren't pushy and very laid back. Go out of the way to make you happy. Don't buy their extended warranty...and read over EVERYTHING Buyer Beware. They like to say one thing and then print up contract for something else. Sales process online and in dealership was fine. They will do whatever it takes to sell you on the warranty, then print out paperwork different than what was discussed. Signing you up for a worthless warranty at a premium price. I guess I can thank them for helping me decide where I will NOT be buying my next vehicle from. More

I went in with only an hour and a half and didn’t expect to be able to make a deal in that time. Laurie in finance was exceptionally speedy and I was in and out with a new vehicle in 2 hours! They did everything they could to get me a great deal and I left totally satisfied. Great dealership! More
