I will never shop for a vehicle here again. I made an appointment with a salesman to look at a Tacoma that I had done my research on and when I got to the dealer the salesman was busy and gave me to anot appointment with a salesman to look at a Tacoma that I had done my research on and when I got to the dealer the salesman was busy and gave me to another guy. I never even got to look at the Toyota of interest. The manager came out an told me that demand was high and stock was low. Prices were way high. Went to Jim Norton and bought my Tacoma. It was overpriced but at least I was treated with respect I love my truck. Never again Fowler you lost my business. More

We walked around the lot and were greeted by Ryan Banks who asked us what we were interested in. Ryan was exceptional- he mentioned that car buying was already stressful and he was not going to add to that who asked us what we were interested in. He told us there were some options and found us some good vehicles in the area we could have delivered. Meanwhile we took a test drive in a similar model vehicle. Long story short- Ryan sold us the vehicle we were test driving and we couldn’t be happier.
