First let me say I’d rather put a stick in my eye than go into a car dealership. That being said, Jacob at Fowler Toyota was the best car salesperson I have ever dealt with. People from several dealerships initially contacted me when I started my car search on the internet, but Jacob was the only one who tried to find what I wanted and stuck with me while I had lots of questions and tried to make up my mind about what to do. In the end, it was obvious that what I wanted wasn’t going to be available anytime soon. So, I ordered my 2021 Hybrid Highlander Platinum with Jacob’s help. I did not get a “deal”, due to market forces, but I decided to go ahead and buy the car. I never felt any pressure from Jacob. He guided and advised me. I highly recommend Jacob Callaway. I didn’t give the dealership five stars because the business office guy and the finance guy annoyed me. More
