Went in to Peak Kia because I found a 2008 Mazda CX-7 I liked. They made an offer on paper. The deal seemed too good to be true. We asked if the payoff on my trade was included in the deal. They said yes. Great! Wrote the check for the differece and drove home with my new used car. Woke up the next morning thinking the numbers just weren't right. Called the office and asked again about the payoff and when that would happen. They stated it takes about 10 days. Gave the financial guy the loan number, even called the bank and had their representative call him back. Ok great...car will be paid off. Two days later I get a call from their financial person Athena. She states they made a mistake on the paperwork and needed me to brink a check for $5300 to pay off my trade. I said NO, but I will bring the car back. Took it back that night. Even offered them something completely fair. They called the owner and he decided that they could not "eat" the difference. That $2000 difference would have saved them the bad feedback they are getting here and the bad word of mouth they will be getting out there. To top it all off they couldn't even write me a check for what I paid. I had to put a stop payement on my checkes. Don't go to this dealer. Their mistake, and they didn't even try to make the deal right. I honestly think they were so embarrased that they just wanted me out of there. I don't blame them. The employees working here are incompetent. We had two salesmen, two financial people look at our deal and non of them noticed something was wrong? Really? Do not trust anything coming out of that little corner office. If you want to purchase a Kia, go to Fort Collins or Denver. I swear it will be worth the extra drive. Listen...Jeff tried to be nice and I appreciate that but still it was a really really bad experience. I think they should have taken the loss. More
I started this buying process by talking to Danielle over the phone. She was very friendly over the phone. I was looking for a Sportage SX. My wife and I were having a hard time deciding between it and a San the phone. She was very friendly over the phone. I was looking for a Sportage SX. My wife and I were having a hard time deciding between it and a Santa Fe. Danielle was very patient and never pushy. We finally decided on the Santa Fe. We called and told Danielle our decision and she said why don't you drive a Sorento it would be more a match with the Santa Fe. I told her the Sorento was nice but out of our price range. Danielle said let me do some checking and she would call back. She called back 15 minutes later and said she found a new Sorento SX with Nav at a really good price. We drove it and loved the price and car. Because of Danielle we are very proud owners of a Sorento SX. Everybody at the dealer treated us like we were family and not just another customer. I got my Soul at a great price! The Bluetooth speaker had to be replaced and Danielle was so kind as to bring me a loaner car in Fort Collins & took my Soul to the dealership. In the past, we have had more negative experiences than positive ones at car daelerships. That all changed today with our experience with Peak Kia North in Greeley! They were absolutely awesome and listened to what we said and answered all our questions. It was such a calming and pleasant time and our salesman, Harold Klein, was wonderful!! He made us feel very comfortable and he was very friendly and did not pressure us one bit. Athena in the finance office was equally as great and we enjoyed doing business with them both. We left with a brand new Kia Soul and was completely satisfied with the entire experience. We would most definitely recommend Peak Kia North to anyone. More

Well I went to Peak Kia looking foR a used car and i found a 2000 VW Beetle. Now two weeks down the road affter i financed it the cars igintion coil blew. Tool it back and the fixed it free of charge. now two months down the road the braking system is shot and they dont want to help me one bit. So do i just bring it back and get another car or do i need to talk with secetary of state about this. I really dont think they put this car through there test. Beacuse if they did this car would not be acting this way. So pleas if you buy a car from these guys have it tested at your repair shop. like a pre buy look over. Wish i did i do beleive they sold me a lemon and they know they did and now they dont want to help me. Good people not so good of cars. More
