My wife and I live in Fort Collins, Colorado. Although we have a Kia dealer in town, we elected to drive to Fowler Kia in Windsor for two reasons: low-pressure sales and price. We purchased a K Although we have a Kia dealer in town, we elected to drive to Fowler Kia in Windsor for two reasons: low-pressure sales and price. We purchased a Kia Telluride 3 years ago, but unfortunately, we got into a rather severe accident and totaled it. Both my wife and I have no doubt that it literally saved our lives in that accident! When we started looking for a new vehicle, we decided to get what we already knew was an outstanding vehicle. And of course, the Telluride is still one of the best mid-size SUV's on the market! The amount of features for the price is pretty xxxx impressive. And the number of new features they've added to the top-of-the-line Telluride in just 3 years is truly amazing! We drove it just fine off the sales lot, but if you really want all the features to work, it takes about a day to get everything locked in (Homelink, auto opening rear lift gate, connecting phone to vehicle via the Kia app, etc.). We especially love being able to use our phones to unlock and start the vehicle and not having to carry a key. As far as the sales experience itself, James was not only attentive and informative, but he was exceptionally knowledgeable about all the features of our new Telluride and has since responded promptly via email to a few questions I've had about the vehicle after we bought it! The price, as I mentioned, was another reason we went to Fowler Kai. Not only is their sales staff EXCELLENT, but the price made it worthwhile for us to drive to Windsor to purchase it. All-in-all, we couldn't be happier with our experience purchasing a new vehicle from Fowler Kia and highly recommend James if you don't want the high-pressure sales tactics we often see in other car dealerships. This is the second time in 3 years that we've purchased a Telluride from Fowler Kia. We had a bad accident in our first Telluride, and it literally saved our lives! He answered all our questions and walked us through the entire purchase process. We usually dread dealing with car salesmen and women, but not at Fowler Kia. We LOVE our new Telluride! I had a pleasant test drive/car purchasing experience but in the months since I have realized I bought a lemon with a number of mechanical issues. As I recall the conversations and the sales pitch that day, in the months since I have realized I bought a lemon with a number of mechanical issues. As I recall the conversations and the sales pitch that day, I have come to the conclusion the dealership was aware of at least some of the issues but sold it to me anyway. I was also led to believe the loan financing company required an extended warranty as a condition of the loan; I have since verified with the loan company this is not accurate. In addition, when I took the car in for servicing at a different location, I mentioned my extended warranty and was told this model of car already had a 100k manufacturers' warranty. The extension I purchased will cover only 16,000 miles past that, so I'm paying a very high premium for a relatively small number of miles' coverage. Very disappointing and frustrating to find myself underwater on the loan due to the unnecessary extended warranty I was talked into adding on an unreliable car experiencing numerous expensive mechanical issues that are not covered under the warranties. Our experience with the team at Fowler Kia of Windsor was the best we’ve ever had at a dealership! Chris met us as we were walking up to the door. Our normal reaction would be “ok, here we go,” but Chris was the best we’ve ever had at a dealership! Chris met us as we were walking up to the door. Our normal reaction would be “ok, here we go,” but Chris was the polar opposite of the stereotypical pushy salesman! We immediately felt completely comfortable with him, chatting and joking. During my test drive of a 2023 Kia Sorento Hybrid, I felt like I was talking with an old friend. Tom, the used car sales manager, came in the next day (on his day off) to accommodate our schedule, which was above and beyond! He gave us a great price on our trade-in, and a discount to boot! Nik in Finance was also very personable as well as professional. We were thoroughly impressed with the care and service we received from these three gentlemen! We will enthusiastically recommend Fowler Kia of Windsor to any of our friends who are looking for a car! By the way, I absolutely love my new Sorento Hybrid! Thank you so much Chris, Tom and Nik!
