I was referred to Kerry after I totaled my poor little 97 Neon in an accident on my way home from work. I was really nervous to buy a new car and have car payments, plus I recently filed bankruptcy. The odds were against me, but Kerry made the process so fun and easy and got me into a new car before I even knew what happened. He was so upbeat and personable that I felt more like I was talking to a really good friend rather than a car sales man. I would recommend all my friend to work with Kerry when buying a new car. Then there was Josh.. The finance guy... I hate dealing with the finance guys at car dealerships , but Josh was AMAZING!! He had me in and out of his office and into my new car in just a few quick easy steps. We had each other cracking up and laughing rather than me leaving feeling like I had been taken for all I was worth ( which sadly isn't much after the bankruptcy..). All in all these guys were amazing and I love my car, and the pricing was reasonable as are my payments. They listened to what I needed, and figured out a way to get it for me. If only all men were like that! Haha! All jokes aside though, anyone looking for a car should come to Kerry to pick one out and Josh to get the financing approved! I will return next time I need a car, hopefully with a trade in rather than a check for what was left of my car :(.. More

My husband and I had been shopping for a Kia Sorento for quite some time. We found the one we wanted at Peak Kia North so we made a phone call and started working with Scott negotiating the price of the ve quite some time. We found the one we wanted at Peak Kia North so we made a phone call and started working with Scott negotiating the price of the vehicle because we live nearly 3 hours away from the dealership. We agreed on a price out the door that we were comfortable with so we made the journey to Windsor. Upon arriving Scott was busy with another customer, which is expected, so we waited. It seemed there were many other employees that could have gotten us started on paperwork that were not busy but they instead continued playing games on their computers or visiting amongst each other. Scott had us sit at his desk while he continued to finish up with the previous customer standing behind him; this was a bit awkward because they were sharing personal information. When we began our paperwork Scott had many interruptions that seemed to fluster him immensely and when we had questions regarding the price of our vehicle, etc it seemed to annoy him that we weren't just "going with the flow." After our initial paperwork was done we all were interrupted by a tornado warning that caused us to retreat to a closed office...which is completely out of everyone's hands and we were appreciative to be safe and that the staff took it seriously. This took awhile to pass and everyone was able to get on with business. Before we went into financing Scott wanted us to initial that we agreed to a certain monthly payment which didn't quite add up to what we had expected and when we asked him to explain the difference of about $30 per month he got really irritated and couldn't/wouldn't explain it. We felt really uncomfortable because we just wanted clarity on our payment, should be a simple thing to explain. He then had the owner sit down with us and we discovered there was nearly $800 added to the price of the car...that was the difference in our payment. We were told before making our 3 hour drive that we would expect a certain price OUT THE DOOR and now were being given that price plus nearly $800. We were not happy at this point because we are straight forward people and expected one thing and received another. We were getting a very good price on the car and were very happy about that but not happy about the added money at the end that seemed to get slipped in there hoping we wouldn't notice. We decided to purchase the car never-the-less and went into financing with Josh where he worked very hard to make us happy. He did everything he could to help us feel comfortable with the buy...at this point we were very flustered. Once we finally got done with financing we were ready to leave as we had been at the dealership for over 4 hours with our 1 year old daughter and we were all DONE. The car was missing a spare tire replacement part that we had brought to Scott's attention when we first arrived and looked at the vehicle and he was going to make sure it was complete before we left. After the 4+ hours that we were there, we started to get in the car to leave and thankfully my husband checked the spare tire parts and it STILL wasn't complete. We had to wait another half an hour for a kind gentleman to drive around from car to car to find the part, as some of the other cars didn't have a complete set either. All in all, our experience was not good. Scott was not very polite, showed his frustration to an unprofessional level and it seemed like only a few of the employees were busy while others played on their computers....the work load should have been shared so as to get customers in and out quicker and more efficiently....we were not the only customers that were there for hours upon hours. The owner was pleasant to work with and so was Josh, but truth be told we wouldn't want to work with Scott again. More

I bought a 2002 eurovan from the dealership on the internet. I encounter a couple of porblems but was able to get them resolved through the dealership mamagement team. I like this dealership but I would not buy a used car from them. The cars always seem to need lots of work. I have purchased 2 used cars from Kia and they both had check engine lights going off all the from them. The cars always seem to need lots of work. I did not have my Hundai for the first month after purchase due to the check engine light and the Jaguar is in the same boat. The salesman Bennett Self was great as was the service department in general. Customer service is great but the used cars are second rate so the customer service has to be wonderful to make up for it. If you buy a car here buy a new one and your experience will be wonderful! In the month of July, I began my vehicle journey on line and visiting local dealerships. My choices were, Toyota-Corolla, Prius, Hyundai and then Kia-Rio. I had never driven a Kia before until my work friend showed up in her new, 2013 Kia, Rio 5 door hatchback. I looked her car over, drove it and fell in love with the car. I was looking for a second car for my family as we had purchased a new 2012 Chevy, Cruz LT last year. After liking the car, I re-directed my attention solely to the Kia and Peak Kia North with Sales Rep., Gabe Luth. Upon visiting the dealer ship, I was welcomed by a friendly team of people throughout the whole deal. Justin did an outstanding job getting me the financing I needed and the deal I could afford for a new car. Overall purchase price, money down and monthly payment was well into my budget range. Upon pre-approval, the team had my deal all prepared for me upon my visit and test drive. They were so GREAT with the sale that I didn't even have to play the counter money/number game that most dealers play. The first sale offer was so HONEST and realistic, that I didn't have to counter bid. The deal was done and I drove off the next day with my families new Kia. The dealership is neat and tidy, modern, and the lot looks great! All cars are clean and showroom glossy. I highly recommend the car line, Kia and Peak Kia for consideration of your future car purchase and service. More
