When we first went there in January someone came over and asked if we needed help. We told him weren't planning on buying but wanted more information on a prospective EV. He went off to supposedly grab keys asked if we needed help. We told him weren't planning on buying but wanted more information on a prospective EV. He went off to supposedly grab keys and we were waiting for about 10 minutes (note, he didn't walk off to assist another customer, just left us there while we could see him chatting with coworkers) before Akira showed up and started chatting with us, started showing us some cars. We were there for a couple hours haha. I told my husband I wanted to work with Akira because I didn't want anyone else getting credit for all the time he spent and all the info he gave. Akira is a great employee, very polite and willing to intervene on our behalf. As far as the dealership goes in general, we've never had any major issues. More
