Put down a deposit on a car set to arrive mid-March over the phone. Unfortunately a few days later wife lost her job unexpectedly so we had to cancel the reservation. While I understand it is non-refundable the dealer showed lack of understanding/care of my situation and poor customer service by not refunding. They will have zero trouble finding another person to take the car. They probably already have found someone considering how in-demand they are. One extra star since James was very nice and quick to respond, decision was made above his head unfortunately. More
