Recommend this dealership? .... A thousand times YES!!! This was the best car buying experience I've ever had!! So heads up, if you're looking for a frilly showroom with arrogant sales people then this definitely isn't the dealer for you. If you want an awesome group of people to treat you like an old friend then you'll find yourself in the right place! I can't even express how refreshing it was to come across a dealership with so many down to earth and funny people all under one roof. I imagine it's got to be very frustrating to do their job each day and to deal with indecisive customers (such as we were) but not one single person made us feel any pressure! Tyler was our salesman, and while he was lining up a Sorento for us to test drive (at our request and after spending 30+ min. going through the entire vehicle in the HOT SUN)... I came across an AWESOME Optima and totally switched gears. Tyler didn't even bat an eye and switched gears right along with us. He was absolutely WONDERFUL to us the whole afternoon- Love him! There was also Justin and Ricardo who made miracles happen with AWESOME financing (THANKS GUYS- YOU'RE AMAZING!!!). And to Nathan who kept making me laugh and stopped my never ending tears (of joy!) after I found out the car was MINE! Love him too!! I don't think I'm wrong when I say this is a truly rare group of individuals that proved integrity, honesty, kindness, and humor are the things it takes to get the kind of customer that you've won for life. You won us, that's for sure and I'll do everything I can to put your name out there! THANK YOU!!! More
