(UPDATE THURSDAY, MAY 31: Watch out for your key fobs and the car manual! We are updating our review of this dealership. When we drove away with our new car we noted that one key fob didn't work. We drove away, purchased a battery, put it in and the key fob still didn't work. We drove back out to the dealership on Tuesday for a manual but forgot the key fob. Dumitru and the service manager told us to bring the key fob and they would just need to reprogram it. On Wednesday, we brought the keyfob but it was after 4pm and the Sales Manager Elvis Pena asked if we could come back before 4pm on Thursday. I balked - three trips already! He then promised that he would fill our tank for us. That made me feel better. At 11:30am on Thursday, husband got to the dealership. Mr. Pena was not there AND the service manager told him he doesn't do that and we'd have to take it to the Hyundia dealership. Now, less $60 for the programming, we have two key fobs that work and a car manual on order. These two little things were a huge headache for us in time (we live 20 miles away) and frustration. Erhlich's Kia dealership on I25 team needs to get their act together. They are good with the big stuff but horrible with the little stuff. We knocked one star off our initial rating.) More

He asked me what I wanted and within minutes I was test driving my new 2012 KIA Soul. I was in and out with with no headaches. I tried days before to buy a car at the FORD dealer on I-25 & 104th and had to just walk away because of their high pressure sales process. Erlich is new at this location. We were looking for a new car. Even though they are using an existing location they have made it very friendly. All of the personnel we saw greeted us and were very plea new car. Even though they are using an existing location they have made it very friendly. He never made us feel pressured into making a purchase. The follow up after the sale also made us feel that Tyler really cared that we were in the car that was right for us. I could not believe the extra services that I received from walking in the door to when I left with my new vehicle. Who would have thought that the salesman,Tyler would be so kind to help me find all the from walking in the door to when I left with my new vehicle. Who would have thought that the salesman,Tyler would be so kind to help me find all the features and benefits I wanted in a car within staying in my price range. Ehrlich I-25 went out of way to accommodate us. Tyler and staff were very courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable about the Kia Soul and not a pushy salesman. The vehicle is beautiful and at a good price. Went to great lengths to find what we were looking for. Looked for all the possible ways for us to save money. Wound up with a great deal. What a GREAT experience! There was no pressure of purchasing a vehicle what so ever. I told them what I was interested in and I was given information about both vehicles. I was even offered to take purchasing a vehicle what so ever. I told them what I was interested in and I was given information about both vehicles. I was even offered to take the car home with me for a test drive. I am 2 hours away and thought WOW they are going to let me take a vehicle home just to make sure this is something I want. However, I didn't end up taking the car home but came back the next week with my husband to test drive it. Tyler was very accomadating and worked with me with everything that I wanted. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I wanted and they really worked with me on my trade in. They got me the vehicle I wanted and ended up delivering it to me the next day. Now that is great service! It was a pleasure working with you Tyler and Elvis. I would recommend Ehrlick KIA I-25 to all my friends! Wonderful experience and great customer service. Easily the best experience I have had buying a car. I was able to get what I needed without games. Tyler's follow-up was fantastic and freindly. If you want an awesome group of people to treat you like an old friend then you'll find yourself in the right place! I can't even express how refreshing it was to come across a dealership with so many down to earth and funny people all under one roof. I imagine it's got to be very frustrating to do their job each day and to deal with indecisive customers (such as we were) but not one single person made us feel any pressure! Tyler was our salesman, and while he was lining up a Sorento for us to test drive (at our request and after spending 30+ min. going through the entire vehicle in the HOT SUN)... I came across an AWESOME Optima and totally switched gears. Tyler didn't even bat an eye and switched gears right along with us. He was absolutely WONDERFUL to us the whole afternoon- Love him! There was also Justin and Ricardo who made miracles happen with AWESOME financing (THANKS GUYS- YOU'RE AMAZING!!!). And to Nathan who kept making me laugh and stopped my never ending tears (of joy!) after I found out the car was MINE! Love him too!!
