I LOVE it!! They detailed it very nicely. Elvis was easy to work with as well, we don't have great credit but they made it work, and like I said, with payments we could afford. I will only be going to Ehrlich I-25 Kia for our car needs. Nicole was so patient with us never even once pressured me to see a car I was not looking for, instead found the car I wanted. Originally, I was interested in just learning more about Kias and test driving a couple. What made me end up buying the same day was the reputation of the brand, especially the warranty and standard extras, Kias and test driving a couple. We travelled to Colorado from Idaho to buy an Optima Turbo after getting the run-around from several dealers closer to home. We were impressed with Brittany's efficiency so felt the trip would be worth while since we also had other business in the area. Nicole, while new and still learning the ropes, did well and Nathan was there to help if she got stuck on a detail. All in all it was a good team effort to get us out of the dealership with the car. I have a couple of criticisms, however, hopefully constructive. We were not told before hand the car we were looking at had 4000 miles on it. We weren't told at all, actually, until I happened to notice it. Whether we would have been told had I not noticed or if it would have made a difference in negotiations we'll never know. A ding on the rearview mirror had to be repaired while we waited and we got home to find there was no cargo mat. While the issues were resolved, it is why the experience gets an over all good rather than great. More
Although we had not purchased a car in a few years, we were pleased with the deal received at I25 Ehrlich Kia. The car, a 2011 Hyundia Elanta, is a charm and we love driving it. This deal started out perfect. We had a great sales person in Jaun, but financing was very frustrating.
