The only problem I had with my visit was that when my parents and I showed up, we had wanted to test drive a 1999 Passat. The problem was that the owners who traded it in earlier that day had accidentall parents and I showed up, we had wanted to test drive a 1999 Passat. The problem was that the owners who traded it in earlier that day had accidentally left with the keys. They were on their way back, so we expressed that we still wanted to test drive it and that we would wait. After we stood around, just waiting for the keys to test drive the car, the owner's returned, providing the keys with the dealership. The manager then gave the keys to the saleswoman, whom I believe is named Estela, who was helping us and told her to test drive the car with a family who had JUST come in. Granted, this family had purchased a car off the lot earlier and brought it back because they realized after leaving that it did not have air conditioning. Even though this family had just showed up and we had been waiting for at least 20-30 minutes, they got to test drive the Passat before us. The family who test drove the Passat decided to buy it right away and my parents and I didn't even get to test drive it. This was unacceptable to me. I understand that the manager said to test drive the car with the other family, but he/she should have been told that there was already another family who had BEEN waiting to drive it. And if the manager was told about me and still decided to let the other family drive it, it was handled poorly and it was completely unfair to us as customers. Otherwise, she was very friendly and handled the situation afterwards very well and still helped us find a car for me. More
I went into Elrich Kia 25 just to look around and get an idea of what I may want to buy down the road. He was a very pleasant guy who seemed mechanically inclined. In fact, he told me what a Differential was, and educated me on the tire pressure light. He didn't even get mad when I changed the price of a KIA Soul from $20,191 to $90,211. Now that's good bizness. Needless to say, I left there with a 2010 black stallion of a SUV and sped away into the sunset with a super happy experience. Thanks Tyler. More

I called ahead to check on availablity of a particular car and was greeted in a very friendly way by Estela. She met us in the driveway and introduced us to Nicole who sold us the car. I was looking for a 2012 KIA Sorento for several months in Colorado Springs and Denver with no luck finding color, model, and price I wanted, I went to look at a vehicles listed on Ehrlich website while on in Colorado Springs and Denver with no luck finding color, model, and price I wanted, I went to look at a vehicles listed on Ehrlich website while on vacation. I met with Tyler, he and his manager were able to locate the year, color, model I wanted and brought to the lot. Within 2 hours I went back to the dealership to test drive and ended up buying that vehicle. They delivered it to me in Colorado Springs for free. Tyler was great to work with, he is not high pressure and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Not preferring to deal with people using this style, I finally gave up. Based on the interaction with the internet salesperson I definitely would not recommend this dealership. Tyler was very fair on the price of the vehicle and never pressured me into buying anything he let me make my mind up and worked out a deal from there. This Kia Dealership was absolutly amazing. Everyone there was friendly and kind. They all helped me pick out the best car for me, and for my wallet too! Ehrlich I25 Kia was a great place to buy a car. I went looking for a new car and ended up getting a great deal on an almost new 2011 Kia Sportage as the new Sportage was not exactly what I needed!
