Paul Mizelle was my sales consultant and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to relate to. Paul helped me get the deal and payment I wanted with no excessive negotiating. He took the time to explain and show me all the options my vehicle had to offer. In addition, Paul thoroughly described the warranty, road side assistance, and all the services provided by the dealership. I appreciated the Thank You card Paul sent after my purchase, and the phone call mentioning his appreciation for my business. The Customer Service representative, James, helped me get the exact car that I wanted from a different dealership in another state. He contacted me almost every day about the status of my car. Randy Rodriguez, the Finance Manager, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable while I was singing my lease. He made me feel comfortable with all of the figures, interest rate, and details regarding my lease. Brian Hambright, Parts and Service Specialist, was very courteous and friendly when I took my car in to get my clear bra applied.
