After visiting Greg at Ehrlich I have a new opinion of sales men. I HATE dealing with sales guys. But he was patient and I didn't feel pressured at all! Excellent sales service. Dumitru Pop was terrific. A great experience. Dumitru said Ehrlich I-25 would beat any price from any Kia dealer and they sure did! I planned and budgeted to purchase a 2013 Sor great experience. Dumitru said Ehrlich I-25 would beat any price from any Kia dealer and they sure did! I planned and budgeted to purchase a 2013 Sorento EX, V6, with a few options, but not fully loaded. Dumitru was able to get me a fully loaded SX model at a price lower than other dealer bids for the EX with fewer options. I was shocked!! I spent all day negotiating prices and bidding dealers against each other for the best price of an EX model, and Dumitru gave me the SX at a price lower than the EX bids. Once I received Ehrlich's bid, there was a lot of pressure from the Sales Manager to close the deal. Not a lot to time to think either because they were closing in 45 min. Since I basically got way more car for the amount I was willing to spend, we struck a deal and I purchased. I had no issues with the paperwork process. I agree with the comment posted regarding the building - needs work - but they are building a $5 million dollar building at that site very soon. There are a lot of flies in the current building, which I found annoying, disgusting and distracting. I understand that to a big extent, the flies are beyond their control. The only real problem I had was with the vehicle itself. After I signed the papers, Dumitru gave me a tour / overview of the vehicle and the features. During this demo, we discovered my driver-side heated/cooled seats did not work. The service department did an inspection on-the-spot and determined that the seat or seat element was defective from the manufacturer. The parts are now on order. I was a little disappointed that my new car was already in the shop before I even left the parking lot. I'm pretty sure this was just a fluke, and I have not changed my perception of Kia being of high quality. More
