My experience here was wonderful!!! My mother and I came into Kia looking to get a new vehicle. We looked at a couple, but immediately fell in love with the kia forte koup. Dumitru Pop was very helpful in m into Kia looking to get a new vehicle. We looked at a couple, but immediately fell in love with the kia forte koup. Dumitru Pop was very helpful in making sure what we were interested was everything I wanted and then some, he allowed me to test drive several vehicles, allowed us to go get lunch and think things over, did not pressure us, worked with us on the price and also with accessories for the car. Wonderful wonderful wonderful experience. The people at kia made us feel very welcome! As we were signing papers the entire dealership surprised me with singing me happy birthday :) I walked away happy, very pleased and with a brand new car. I recommended this dealership to anyone and everyone looking to get a new vehicle. More
Nathan was great. Nathan made an effort to not just explain the features of the KIA Sorento but, showed us how the features worked. The interest rate that KIA has going on right for financing now is unbelievable too. Nathan was on the ball and followed up promptly, unlike the other dealerships who were lacking on being timely. It was this in the end that earned them a sale from us. They did work with us on our trade too, which got us in the monthly payment we needed to be at.(I think all that is VOODOO math though). Also, they didn't have the exact car that I wanted, but he did a quick search and brought one up from Colorado Springs right away for our inspection. Well, the rest is history, we own our first "new car" - and we love it! Thanks Nathan & Ehrlich Crew!! More

Just a quick note on our experience at KIA. My wife and I had taken my daughter's Forte in for service. We had time to kill, and decided to see how the vehicles had changed since we bought a daughter's car i had taken my daughter's Forte in for service. We had time to kill, and decided to see how the vehicles had changed since we bought a daughter's car in 2010. Nathan approached us and introduced himself. Because of other, not so nice experiences we've had at other dealerships, my defence mechanism instantly went up. After explaining why we were there, he gave us some space, and let us roam and answered our questions about the new inventory. We never once felt pressure from Nathan. I expected some when we told him my wife and I had been driving the same cars for 12 years, and have been researching Sorentos. Again, no pressure. Nathan anwered all of our questions. He is extremely well versed on all KIA vehicles. Without rambling too much more, suffice it to say we were driving my wife's new Sorento home in a few hours. The entire, usually stressfull, intimidating buying experience, was very pleasent and relaxed. We left VERY happy! I would, and will, recommend the dealership, and Nathan to anyone. The vehicle was misrepresented by the car salesman. My husband and I asked repeatedly if the car had the third row back seat, and when it showed up without one, I was repeatedly asked "why do you want a t husband and I asked repeatedly if the car had the third row back seat, and when it showed up without one, I was repeatedly asked "why do you want a third row back seat? You don't have kids." Whether I have kids or not, does not matter on whether I wanted the third row. I was repulsed that the topic of kids repeatedly was brought up. I was repeatedly told one thing, and then it'd turn out as something else. The entire experience was disappointing. This was the first vehicle I ever bought (I've always leased), and it was a horribly disappointing experience. I would never, ever recommend this dealership. More
