He started with a fair initial quote. That was a huge plus in his favor because then I knew his/the dealership intentions weren't to try to cheat me by starting with a high dollar quote to squeeze every penny they could out of me. He was patient with my questions (and through my test drive!) and was in general very pleasant to deal with. After going through several sites online, we were lead to Ehrlich I-25 Kia, and we were fortunate enough to meet and work with Nathan. However, after looking at the used cars available, we spoke with Nathan about the perks and the benefits of purchasing a brand new Kia Soul 2013, and eventually decided to consider a test drive. Listening to the insight and information Nathan provided on the different models available, as well as listening to my needs and desires for features in a car, it was no longer a question of whether or not we would by one, but rather when. In one of the least painful experiences I've had at a dealership, we signed for the car and drove off later that afternoon. The atmosphere of the dealership is friendly, inviting, and professional, and all the staff was very courteous and helpful.
