We went to Ehrlich I-25 KIA knowing what we wanted. This was by far the absolute best car buying experience that we have ever had. We origionally just went to test drive but they were of course wanting our was by far the absolute best car buying experience that we have ever had. We origionally just went to test drive but they were of course wanting our business, but they weren't pushy they were aggressive in making us happy and finding exactly what we wanted. They were excepitional on price matching, in fact they beat the price we got from USAA. They worked hard to find the car we wanted. I have never been car shopping and NOT had to haggle over price, it was truly refreshing. Our salesperson was Jeremy, but I must say that everyone working there made this a great experience. I love my new car and will return when we get a Sorento. More

About a year ago, we leased a Kia Optima through this dealership. Nathan Grizzoffi was a HUGE help, incredibly patient with our toddler daughter and took the time to answer all of our questions. I saw a few pre-owned Kia Souls for sale on their website and called the dealership to inquire. LaDawn took my call, and after a discussion of what I wanted and how much I could afford, LaDawn went to bat for me. I am not easily financed (recent bankruptcy due to enormous medical bills) and I didn't have a big down payment. I didn't think it was even possible for me to get a car, let alone a 2012 Kia Soul. After looking into a couple Souls, LaDawn found the perfect one for me and it was time for me to take a trip from Fort Collins to Longmont to visit the dealership and test drive the Soul. The floods not only made my passage impossible but put a two week delay in my ability to get the down payment paid. No problem, however, because LaDawn brought the car to me! After test driving it and looking over her proposal, there was no doubt in my mind that this needed to be my car. It was more than I ever dreamed possible. And, she stored the Soul for me in the garage until I could get the money paid! When the purchase was complete, LaDawn even delivered the car, again, to my front door and we finished the paperwork at my dining table. It took everything I could muster to fight back tears when I saw my new car in my driveway. Amazing! I have purchased at least 6 cars in the course of my lifetime. I have never had such an accommodating, easy, and genuinely friendly/caring/considerate customer service experience, ever! These people did everything they could to get me into a GOOD deal/car. If you want to buy a car, I highly recommend working with these people. You will be more than satisfied with your purchase and experience.
