We were looking to replace a vehicle and were really just looking at several models from several different companies as well as dealers. What really stood out from the very beginning was the lack of a high-pressure sales pitch. Darrel Hudson met us at the door and greeted us. His ability to actually listen to our needs and try to give us exactly what we wanted really put us at ease. A couple of dealerships earlier in the day nodded their heads and immediately tried to sell us more vehicle than we need. Darrel worked hard to find the right car for us, and the entire staff made us feel right at home. This was our sixth new car purchase, our first with I-25 Kia, and the best experience we've ever had. Went to test drive a new Kia Soul and he had it cleaned and waiting for me upon arrival. Much better than an experience I had at a different dealership in Thornton where they were expecting me and the salesman told me he was too busy selling other people cars to help me and then they couldn't even find the car I had arranged to see. They lost my business forever and Reed and Erlich I-25 Kia earned it! I felt like doing the whole scene from Pretty Woman and driving the brand new car I bought over to the other dealership and saying "I was in here yesterday, you wouldn't wait on me... You people work on commission, right? Big mistake. Big. Huge...". But seriously - the location is great, the dealership is beautiful and the people are awesome!
