I called ahead to let them know i was headed their way pretty close to closing time and spoke with Mike. He was super nice and let me know they would have the Sorentos ready and come on in. When I arrived i was met by Joseph Cross right away! He had one of the Sorentos all ready for me and then showed me the other one I was interested in. After a good conversation he let me know about one that would be a pretty great buy and asked if I wanted to see it. I agreed and like magic it was the one I wanted!! Mike, Steve and especially Joseph all stayed pretty late with me to get the deal I wanted. Joseph was great and never pushy! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealer!! More

Most Enjoyable Experience Amanda was amazing! This was my first time leasing a new car; two days before I had went to a different dealership with bad experiences. My boyfriend Amanda was amazing! This was my first time leasing a new car; two days before I had went to a different dealership with bad experiences. My boyfriend suggested Kia, where he got his car, and also told me to make sure I worked with Amanda. Thank god I did. The moment she walked up to us, her energy make me feel at such ease. She knew all the products, and was excited to talk about them, but even more excited to make sure I had a good experience, and received the best deal possible. Not a single moment was stressful with Amanda. Halfway through signing paperwork, there was a hiccup in the numbers that were quoted, and instead of Amanda looking at me, seeing if I was okay with the numbers, she fought to make sure I received the original quoted numbers, despite it being less of a sale than the change. Things like that make this dealership truly amazing, and make the employees hired customer experienced focused. I've already begun sharing the great experience I had with friends and coworkers, and any time someone talks about looking to buy a new car, i25 Kia will be my first suggestion, and I'll make sure they always ask for Amanda. So if you're reading this looking for a car, do yourself a favor and ask for her--you'll actually end up enjoying the process and looking forward to go back there for your first oil change! More
