He was easy to work with, friendly, and was able to answer all our questions. We bought our car shortly after the local hailstorm that damaged so much property. The Soul we bought had experienced some hail damage, and was repaired and sold as part of the hail sale event. The hail damage was repaired flawlessly, however during inspection, we found a couple chips in the paint, and a scrape on the front right bumper section. We brought the car back after the weekend, and the bumper section was repainted and looked great. However, the paint chips were missed by their paint repair guy. Willie took things into his own hands and arranged to have the paint repair guy to come to our house to handle the chips. They weren't repaired quite how I was expecting, but I also understand the explanation given. In spite of these dealership related issues, I'm still handing out a 5 star rating because Willie was fantastic throughout the process. And our Soul rocks! More

We were in a Kia Sportage, and hit on the passenger side where my 4 year old year old daughter sat. Both of our babies were able to walk away and for that reason we decided to get another Kia. We went down to I-25 Kia and met Joe, he was super helpful and all around just the nicest guy! We told him we weren't ready to buy anything yet, we just wanted to look and he was not pushy about it at all and really understanding about us waiting until I can drive again (I broke my arm and back in our accident from turning to try and protect my kids). We ended up leasing our 2019 Kia Sorento on July 4th because their sales were too good to not take advantage of and Joe was awesome! He was super busy but never made us feel rushed or acted pushy like most car sales people. Every member of their staff was helpful and friendly! We will recommended I-25 Kia to anyone. A completely different atmosphere than a typical car dealership! More

I talked to Joe who was trying really hard to get me into the Niro that KIA has So, before Christmas last year I went in to trade in my 2014 KIA Soul. I talked to Joe who was trying really hard to get me into the Niro that KIA has but you know when you have a awesome sales person when they are not only listening to what you are saying but watching what you are really looking at. I really wanted another KIA Soul and Joe saw me looking at the Turbo one in the sales room. I didn't leave with that one but I did leave with a new 2018 KIA Soul Turbo. Fast forward to June and my other half after 6 months of saying I really love your car goes in to see Joe to trade in his 2013 KIA Optima. Joe and his team got my other half an awesome deal and we now both have our own 2018 KIA Soul Turbos.
