Best Car Dealership, Joe is awesome So, before Christmas last year I went in to trade in my 2014 KIA Soul. I talked to Joe who was trying really hard to get me into the Niro that KIA has So, before Christmas last year I went in to trade in my 2014 KIA Soul. I talked to Joe who was trying really hard to get me into the Niro that KIA has but you know when you have a awesome sales person when they are not only listening to what you are saying but watching what you are really looking at. I really wanted another KIA Soul and Joe saw me looking at the Turbo one in the sales room. I didn't leave with that one but I did leave with a new 2018 KIA Soul Turbo. Fast forward to June and my other half after 6 months of saying I really love your car goes in to see Joe to trade in his 2013 KIA Optima. Joe and his team got my other half an awesome deal and we now both have our own 2018 KIA Soul Turbos. I called ahead to let them know i was headed their way pretty close to closing time and spoke with Mike. He was super nice and let me know they would have the Sorentos ready and come on in. When I arrived i was met by Joseph Cross right away! He had one of the Sorentos all ready for me and then showed me the other one I was interested in. After a good conversation he let me know about one that would be a pretty great buy and asked if I wanted to see it. I agreed and like magic it was the one I wanted!! Mike, Steve and especially Joseph all stayed pretty late with me to get the deal I wanted. Joseph was great and never pushy! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealer!! More
