I was in the market for a new Kia and had called I-25 Kia and A few other Kia dealers. I initially spoke to Sebastian over the phone just to ask some questions and set an appointment for a test drive. He was and A few other Kia dealers. I initially spoke to Sebastian over the phone just to ask some questions and set an appointment for a test drive. He was energetic and so polite over the phone so we decided to stick with them. He called me the morning of our appointment asking if anything else had come up vehicle wise that we were interested in and that our test drive vehicle was being cleaned. When my husband and I arrived for our appointment the moment I said my name Sebastian greeted us and was just a friendly as he was over the phone. The young man is highly knowledgeable in the vehicles on the lot and was so polite. He answered all of our questions and at no point did we feel rushed to make a decision. I would highly recommend the I-25 Kia team and Sebastian. We had a great experience and it’s nice to feel cared for and appreciated. Thank you I-25 Kia and Sebastian for the great experience. More

When I bought that truck, the people at this dealership went above and beyond to So my story begins with my purchase of a 2011 Ford-F-150 4 years ago. When I bought that truck, the people at this dealership went above and beyond to fix a couple of things that were wrong with the truck before I bought it and they even replaced the entire moon roof because the frame was bent. It cost me nothing. Even the issue when the financing took place, they fell on their sword and paid an almost $900.00 error. Fast forward to just last Thursday, June 25th 2020. I showed up to see a truck, another F-150 that I saw online. When I got there I was met by Ashley. I asked her to see the truck and she took a few moments to find it, no biggie. I took it for a test drive and all things were looking good to buy. I let her know that I was returning client and that I had such a great experience last time, that was the reason that I came back. So both sides agreed to the price and the trade in. So far so good. BUT the truck had been in their possession for 9 days and they still hadn't had time to clean it up or detail it. But, I felt like I had seen enough to still buy the truck. I told Ashley I could pick the truck up once it was clean and all systems were checked, by Friday. Well then she called and asked if I could pick it up by Saturday morning. OK fine. Then she text me that they were waiting on a part and the truck wouldn't be available until Monday evening. I replied to her that I would like a full tank of gas since I had to wait for them to complete the job and for my time waiting on them to finish. NO reply. So, I went to the dealership early on Monday thinking that I could get all of this done, and on my way earlier. When I got to the dealership, I stood waiting for my truck for about an hour while Ashley was doing whatever she was doing. Then finally she came to me and let me know that she had to take my truck to get gas before she could let it go because it was down to 35 miles to empty. OK let's see where this goes. When she got back I noticed that the truck had been wiped down, but not a real deep clean, like they took about 10 min to do the whole truck, The door jambs were dirty, the step into the bed of the truck was still muddy, the cleaner that they use to clean the mats was still in a puddle in the floor mats, the ares around the black rubber on the doors was still dirty, the engine bay hadn't been touched and still road dirty. Things like that and for spending about $32,000.00 you'd think it would be better. Then I asked Ashley why she didn't fill the truck up with gas she told me that it was company policy not too. WHAT? A returning client, spending about $75000 on two vehicles, isn't worthy of a tank of gas!?!?! Then I asked where my second key FOB was and she let me know that I only get one because that what they got from the auction or the previous owner! How is that possible that they make YOU buy the new key FOB and have to spend more to to the right thing? What happened to taking care of customer loyalty? Where is the courtesy for putting people out of their time? They had the truck for 9 days even before I came to look at it and then it's my problem to "fix" their short comings?! It's not that I had an extreme bad experience, it's just that they could have done the right thing and done better. There was no conversation other than "well you can talk to the owner"! That isn't the point Ashley!! You are my person to contact, my point of the spear, my person that goes to the manager or the owner on MY behalf to make things right so I don't have to "warn" others about your inability to show or fight for just a little courtesy! IF you are going to use this dealer understand what you get and understand what they get. The scales aren't balanced and it may drive you crazy like it did me!!! Oh and Ashley, YES Have the owner call me I'd love to give more info about this!! More

After struggling with a dishonest dealership trying to purchase a used Kia, I drove the extra miles over to i25 Kia. I was grateful to be greeted with a no-pressure smile and a laid-back approach. Ashley purchase a used Kia, I drove the extra miles over to i25 Kia. I was grateful to be greeted with a no-pressure smile and a laid-back approach. Ashley was super patient with me as I test drove several cars to get a feel for the one I wanted (their selection is great, btw). I ended up with a 2021 AWD Seltos! Beau jumped in and helped with the paperwork. Both Ashley and Beau were super kind, and after a little work, we got the numbers in line. It took a little while, but these guys set me at ease and won my trust. I’m grateful! More
