I live in Oregon and Indiana. I searched the entire country on cars.com for a blue Niro SX at sticker price. Kia of Longmont said they would sell me one. I flew to Denver and b I searched the entire country on cars.com for a blue Niro SX at sticker price. Kia of Longmont said they would sell me one. I flew to Denver and bought it. I financed part of it. There was a minor snag in the licensing paperwork they sent to Oregon, so I had them send me everything and sorted it out for Oregon BMV. That's when I noticed they had buried a $1,500 paint protection plan in the financing that I had specifically stated I did not want. This page of the paperwork was purposely omitted in the forms they gave me at the time of sale. After a couple of phone calls and emails they refunded the $1,500. On the Colorado BBB page I saw they had done the same thing to someone else. If not for the licensing snag I would have never caught this. BUYER BEWARE! More
I25/Fowler gave me what I ordered with no hidden costs. They were upfront with charges. Took a $500 refundable deposit to order my car. These are crazy times for buying a new car with dealers charging these market rate adjustments. They weren't pushy and let me make decisions in my own timeframe. Was then told they would need to order the part and they would let me know when it came in. They expected 3-4 days. Called again a week later. It had come in but, their messaging system hadn’t notified me. Scheduled my two routine maintenance items. Arrived for service. Was told 1.5-2 hours. They came out at 2 hours told me their tool to install my belt had broken and they would need to order a new tool. I waited another 45 minutes for my car. They also tried to charge me $20 than I was quoted on the phone. They did adjust it. I was told a week for the tool. Called at two weeks and no tool. It is now a month later with no communication and no tool. I waited on hold for 25 minutes to hear your excuses. To be fair they offered to install my belt for free due to the hassle. I drive 2.5 hours each way to come here. I am done with the POOR customer service. Do what you say you are going to do. No more games. There are plenty of other KIA dealerships to choose from. You have lost my next car purchase and service for the future. More

Our sales rep Dominic Carrillo made the ordering process easy and provided weekly vehicle status updates. The finance department doesn't use high pressure upsell tactics which is a refreshing experience. All the documents were processed remotely and the they even sent a driver to pick me up at the airport as I live over 1200 miles from the dealership. You've earned a future repeat customer! More
