Water Pump/Coolant Problems I brought my 2013 Grand Cherokee to Pollard to be serviced approx 1 month ago and had my water pump replaced after it failed causing coolant to leak a I brought my 2013 Grand Cherokee to Pollard to be serviced approx 1 month ago and had my water pump replaced after it failed causing coolant to leak all over my engine bay. Pollard covered the expense as it was still under the power-train warranty. This past Saturday 11/11 while driving to Boulder I noticed the smell of coolant again and the Jeep starting to overheat. I immediately drove the car to Pollard and although the service department was closed, Min the pre-owned manager was kind enough to give me a loaner as I had just had the same issue w/ the jeep one month earlier. They called me first thing Monday morning and are working on diagnosing all the issues. The staff has been great and they seem to care about the customers. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the Denver/Boulder metro area looking to buy or service their vehicle. More
