We managed to misplace a key fob at the dealership before we left, and he personally looked for it and when it couldn't be found he helped get a replacement at no charge. Did not have an appointment. The part had to be ordered If it were not for Derrick my experience would have been poor. From the first contact I had with Sammy, he was responsive and helpful. We spent several days e-mailing back and forth looking for exactly what I wanted. When I had to switch my model choice, he took it in stride and continued without hesitation looking for what I wanted. He was able to get me exactly what I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. He worked extremely hard, and earned every cent of the commission he made on my deal, a commission I was happy to pay. I will reach out to him the next time I am looking to purchase a vehicle. More

He immediately got it tested and found that the battery was not running up to par. Mike is trustworthy, and I always follow his recommendations.
