Dealership of Choice I recently purchased my 3rd Honda Accord from Frontier Honda AND from the same Sales person, Elizabeth and Marti. I live closer to other Honda dealer I recently purchased my 3rd Honda Accord from Frontier Honda AND from the same Sales person, Elizabeth and Marti. I live closer to other Honda dealerships but .... having a few negative experiences, I have ONLY dealt with Frontier Honda. The sales people are GREAT, the Service Teams are excellent and very personable, I have great confidence in the entire dealership. It is worth the drive for me to have my car serviced at this dealership plus I get to visit with Elizabeth as often. I recommend Frontier to all my friends looking for Hondas or any car. I tell them they will not be disappointed in any part of the experience. If I ever need or want to upgrade cars again in the future, Frontier Honda is always my Dealership of Choice. Deceptive service technician I bought my new 2005 Honda Odyssey here and have religiously taken it in for service here for the last `12 years. On my last visit for a B3 maintenan I bought my new 2005 Honda Odyssey here and have religiously taken it in for service here for the last `12 years. On my last visit for a B3 maintenance service, a newer service advisor indicated that I required over $5,000 in repairs, urgently, or I could lose my steering capability and the oil pump could break down at any moment. He even had me in the shop to look at the oil and power steering leaks myself. I took the vehicle to two independent mechanics who disagreed that any of these repairs were urgent, and suggested I have the oil pump replaced at the next timing belt change to consolidate labor costs. Needless to say, I am quite disappointed with my latest service and while I am in the market for a new vehicle, I will probably not use this dealership again. In addition, my last two appointments for oil changes took over two hours, despite having appointments for service for each visit. More
