I found a minor defect where the chrome was coming Thanks so much for taking care of my 2014 Accord.. It is almost at the end of the warranty period. I found a minor defect where the chrome was coming off of the inside of the right front door handle. It was promptly ordered and should be in this week. The service has always been excellent and I'm sure all of the customers really appreciate the check in area being an inside drive up for inclement weather. The layout of the dealership is perfect. The waiting area is very comfortable. More

I know bad service will shorten the life of a car and a good service department will lengthen it. Frontier Honda has a top service department and it shows in their cars. I highly recommended them. The greeting was very friendly, the check in process quick and efficient, and the waiting room was very clean and neat. The room was full of people but everyone was taken care of quickly. My timeframe was set for a max of 1.5 hours and yet it only took 48 minutes to be completed! And my car was also washed. Excellent service! More
