Last minute service My battery was almost dead when I tried starting my car after work. After several tries the car started. It was 5:28 PM. I knew the service bays clo My battery was almost dead when I tried starting my car after work. After several tries the car started. It was 5:28 PM. I knew the service bays closed at 5:30. It was on the way home, so I thought I'd give it a try and stop by. I got there at 5:35, left my car running and went inside to see who might still be there that could help me. There was only one person there (can't remember his name). I explained the situation and he let me bring the car in. He stayed to get me checked into the system so the car would be the first service in the morning. Then he personally gave me a ride home even though it was out of his way. My wife drove me to work the next day. On the way I received the call that my car was ready to be picked up, so my wife dropped me off at the dealership instead. I drove my own car back to work. This was perfect service. Thank you. More
