Air Conditioning Mystery I took my 2009 CRV in for air conditioning repair. It had quit emitting chilled air a few days earlier. Despite a few follow up attempts to get it t I took my 2009 CRV in for air conditioning repair. It had quit emitting chilled air a few days earlier. Despite a few follow up attempts to get it to work, I decided it needed servicing. Yesterday I took the CRV in for a service appointment by Rob and the Blue Team. Rob checked me in and informed me of potential costs of repair, and said he would call if that was going to change. Frontier Honda provided a ride home when I learned they would need me to leave the vehicle for several hours. I got a call in mid afternoon about the vehicle. Apparently the air conditioning worked fine and met all of their diagnostic parameters. We don't know what the problem was, although temporary icing inside the unit might have been an invisible factor that corrected itself when the unit returned to normal temperatures. Frontier Honda gave me a ride back to the shop where I picked up my car AT NO CHARGE. Where in the world could one get better service? And, as a bonus, they ran it through the car wash so I benefitted from that as well! I would definitely give a 5-Star rating for my experience and recommend Frontier Honda to anyone who asks. More

I was very disappointed with the lack of a courtesy car to drive during this lengthy warranty repair on an expensive car that I purchased new from the dealership for window sticker price. In my opinion, Frontier Honda is lacking in this customer service feature which has increasingly become standard at several dealership service centers. Frontier Honda should consider providing a courtesy car in certain circumstances, particularly multi-day warranty repairs. More

We needed our first service as we were returning from a vacation and happened to be coming down the street the dealership was on. Called to see if they could do it as we live about an hour away and this would be most convenient. The cut off for first time service was at 3:00 and we arrived at 3:12, but the tech, Derrick said he would stay and complete for us. We visited with the staff we bought the car from and will possibly be returning to buy another one soon. All in all a good day. Thank you Frontier Honda! More
