Had trouble with car phone calling I worked with Allen Sanches and CJ (I think that was his name) I couldn't pair my phone to car system and was directed to talk to a few people floo I worked with Allen Sanches and CJ (I think that was his name) I couldn't pair my phone to car system and was directed to talk to a few people floor sales rep, another service person. Then I got the right person in Allen who called over CJ. Found out my phone was tricky in pairing and they fixed it for me. Then over weekend I couldn't use phone went back and they reset the blue tooth and showed me how to correct sys and icons to show that it was working. This is my 3 car from this dealership and 2nd new car ....great service and people More

Ripoff Service Department. My daughter's 2004 Accord EX developed a problem that caused her engine to essentially disconnect from the drive train. She had been going to the dea My daughter's 2004 Accord EX developed a problem that caused her engine to essentially disconnect from the drive train. She had been going to the dealership in Boulder for years, but i recommended Frontier because of previous good resuls there. The problem was obviously with the transmission... but, the next time i talked to her they had charged her somewhere between $1500 - $2000 to rebuild one of her valve trains!!! And then - as she drove down the highway - it failed again in exactly the same way. Having the car towed in to Frontier again to see what didn't get fixed, they told her it was a transmission problem... and it would cost her somewhere around $5000. The car is now sitting in my driveway, as it is not worth 5K to fix.... and, after looking at the net a bit, i find that this transmission had a problem and should have been fixed as part of a huge transmission recall years ago... I really hate to say it, but i sincerely think they ripped my daughter off, as any mechanic would be able to see the problem had NOTHING to do with her valve train. I strongly recommend you take our Honda somewhere else for service and repair. More

quick oil change. They did a last minute oil change and still looked over the car as usual an gave it a complimentary wash like always, very great service like always. The only thing was my car did need some other repairs (that they found in the look over of the car) and they did not give me a price list for getting those future repairs cause of a printer issue. The employees are always very friendly! More
