Allen Sanchez, a service advisor at Frontier Honda, is arrogant, rude, argumentative, and incompetent in his position at the Dealer. He needs immediate training in customer service. He has a horrible habit of interrupting people and seems to believe that if he talks loudly that he sounds smarter or more powerful than the customer. His arrogance gives him a false sense of understanding of the customer’s vehicle. He fails to listen or to make positive connections with the customer. The one and only reason we chose to have an authorized dealer do our work rather than do it ourselves is to avoid voiding our vehicle’s warranty and to go through insurance. Allen did not fail to make sure he spoke to us as if we were stupid people unworthy of his time. I am appalled by every action he has made throughout this entire scenario and truly hope that his managers will see to his customer service training in the near future. I will say very differently of Elaine Sycks. She is compassionate, she listens, she shows positive support and body language to the customer and is very thorough and good at her job. She stepped in to pick up the slack where our service was otherwise being mishandled. I can most certainly say that if Elaine would have been able to be our service advisor instead, our entire situation would be different. I am confident that had we had someone like her to work with for the entire process that our car would have been repaired and on the road much quicker and I would have been much happier with our experience at Frontier. Someone give this lady a promotion! More

They've Upped Their Game The last time I took my CR-V in for service I made an appointment and planned to wait while the work was done. This time I stopped in for Express Service (without an appointment) and the time estimate was right on and the service managers made a point of keeping me and other waiting customers informed about the progress on our vehicles. The overall service was as good as I hoped and better than the last visit. More

I've always been shown exactly what work was done and they are great at letting me know when my battery, tires or other items are due for replacement or repair. I now have a 2014 Honda also purchased at the same dealership but my previous Honda is still in the family and running well. I will continue to do business with Frontier Honda. The staff in the service department are all courteous and friendly. More
